1. General Terms

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

8. Limitation of Liability
me88 shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to losses incurred from gaming activities, technical disruptions, system downtime, or communication failures. me88 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure the platform operates correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In no event shall me88's total liability exceed the balance held in your account at the time of the relevant claim. me88 is not responsible for any losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or internet connectivity issues.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
me88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the security or integrity of our platform. Reasons for account suspension include but are not limited to: violation of terms, suspected fraud, failure to provide requested verification documents, suspected underage gambling, and self-exclusion requests. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and funds associated with fraudulent activity) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team.
